Team CHART announces it terminated the corporation with T-Sport
Team CHART states it didn’t make the right decision in the beginning of this year. Although our confidence in T-Sport was good, we don’t expect the results are getting any better. The chemistry between team and driver is missing. The results aren’t what we expected, and most likely won’t become any better in the near future. Therefore Team CHART terminated the corporation with T-Sport.
Dutch Team CHART driver Dennis Retera, driving for T-Sport, is very disappointed. The expectations were high, but somehow we couldn’t manage to achieve them. Retera will still compete in the FIA GT for the Reiter Lamborghini Team in the Gallardo. The focus for Retera is on preparing for the next season.
Race driver Peter Kox, advisor of Team Chart, states it’s better to change the goal for this season and work in the right direction for next years British Formula 3 Championship.
Unfortunate weekend Dennis Retera
Dennis Retera had a difficult weekend, struggling to master the notoriously difficult Pau (F) circuit. He got a good start in the first race though but another car moved over onto him to avoid an accident, clipped his right front and broke his suspension so he was out on lap one. He got a lot further in the second race but had a battery problem on lap 17 and went off at Goulet. All together a ratter unfortunate weekend for Dennis. The focus is now on the next event in Ireland, end of June.

Exclusive videos
As a new feature for this website we have some exclusive videos from Dennis Retera while driving on the tracks. We’ve attached a camcorder to the Dallara F306 Mugen-Honda. The main purpose of these videos is the ability for Dennis to watch himself drive, but luckily we can use the videos as well. Experience driving in a F3-car yourself and check out the first two tracks (Donington and Silverstone) here
